New Email Account

I just moved to AT&T fiber internet and email from Spectrum. I downloaded all my Spectrum folders to local, but would like to move them up to AT&T email so I have them wherever I am. Can this be done?

Not exactly what I meant though. I've notified folks that matter what my new email address is. What I'm wanting to do is, I have MANY emails stored in folders (and the inbox) on my Spectrum account. I want to be able to migrate them to the AT&T server. Having them in local folders is not ideal for viewing via my phone or through a different computer. The email program I use is Thunderbird.
