Office 2021 Outlook on a Windows 11 PC will not connect to att.net email account

Upgraded from a Windows 10 PC with MS Office 2021 (Home version)  to a new Windows 11 PC with MS Office 2021.   Used the exact same POP settings on the new PC but it will not connect to my .att.net account.  When I add my account it asks for my user name and password for a "pop.mail.yahoo.com" server.  I manually go through the process of changing the account settings to the correct inbound and outbound .att.net pop information Says to check password or username.   Everything works fine on the old Windows 10 PC with the same POP account information and also works on phone devices using the same email and password).

I've tried all that for the past week!  Normal password and username works on older PC, Surface Pro, and two different Android phones.  Have tried both the current password and the secure mail key options, and neither will allow connection to my POP email account.  Is there a phone number for tech support or some other suggestions that might work?

Tried secure mail key again today and was surprised that this time it worked! Only took a week of jumping through hoops but finally works. Still don't know why normal password works with Win 10 PC with same Outlook software. Anyhow,  problem now solved.
