outlook 365 2019
I've stopped receiving any e-mails on my PC. I can get them on my Ipad and cell phone. I get error code 0x800ccc0E.. I've tried changing my password, adding a secure password key, have since deleted this. Everytime I go to change the settings I get a message "something went wrong, outlookd couldn't save your account settings. Please try again. When I back into settings it has made the changes. I can get the e-mails on currently but haven't received or am able to send on outlook since December 27th. Had the same issue before but somehow got it working again, but only for about a week. I spend about 2 hours on the phone with ATT tech and they couldn't figure it out. I've deleted outlook and reinstalled. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with yahoo. My imap settings were reading yahoo.com and kept reverting back to this. They are now set as att.net but still can't get or send emails.

Hello @gtownann! We understand that the emails have stopped receiving on your PC. We hear you, and we're happy to assist you.
We recommend that you check your internet connection, make sure that your PC is connected to the internet and that the connection is stable. You can try resetting your router or modem to see if that helps.
Check your email account settings, make sure that your email account settings are correct. Double-check the incoming and outgoing server settings, as well as the port numbers and encryption settings.
Disable antivirus software: Sometimes, antivirus software can interfere with your email client and cause issues. Try disabling your antivirus software temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue is still persists then, we recommend you to contact Microsoft Support as it is an issue with outlook.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you!
