reactivate a subaccount

One of my subaccounts was hacked and used for phishing. ATT caught it and stopped all activity. How do I reactivate that email address?

Hi @dustbin5400, we understand the importance of getting access to your subaccount. We're happy to assist you.

 

We recommend that you enable subaccounts using these steps:

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile on a computer or tablet. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Scroll to Email account and choose Manage email.
  3. Select Manage subaccount.
  4. Choose Disable or Enable for the subaccount you want to change.
