Reactivating suspended SBCglobal.net account

Hi I havent used my SbcGlobal.net email for many years and now my account has been suspended, how do i reactivate it and gain access to my old emails

To begin with, verify if your account is still active. If it’s permanently deactivated, unfortunately, reactivation may not be possible. Hi unfortunately this has not resolved my issues, i opened a ticket @ email info over 2 weeks ago, and haven't had any reply, I have spoken with support several times, and all i am told is the email is suspended (Not deactivated) i was looking for a another approach or getting some support dialog going, and some real assistance
