Do what the message says, i.e. forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

When writing:

  1. Include a rejection NDR verbatim
  2. Write an e-mail that looks like it was written by a human, not auto-generated by some SPAM bot
  3. Mention when this issue started (if you've been able to send e-mail before)
  4. Discuss your history with the IP: how long you've had it, any situations where you may have allowed spam and how you corrected that issue so it no longer occurs
  5. Aver your commitment to not allowing SPAM to be sent via your server
  6. Do not use your e-mail server to send this e-mail.

If they haven't responded to your e-mail in 3-5 days, request an update... but no more often than every 3-5 days.

  1. go to currently.com
  2. Click on the mail icon in the upper right
  3. log in as necessary
  4. Click on Settings * in the upper right
  5. Click on ••• More Settings in the lower right
  6. Click on Security and Privacy (on the left)
  7. Find the address under the list of "Blocked Addresses" and click the Trash can next to it.

If that doesn't get it, please create your own thread, as this has nothing to do with RBL for an e-mail server.

Hi there, @space1109! Let's help get that email unblocked.

Thank you for reaching us. We will help you to get it fixed. Please follow the below steps to unblock the email.

How to block or unblock an email address

  1. Select the gear , then More Settings.
  2. Choose Security and privacy and do one of the following: To block: Select +Add, enter an email address, then choose Save. To unblock: Select a blocked email address, then select the trash can.

This came from Block or Unblock an Email Address - AT&T Email Customer Support (att.com)

We also recommend that you log into your email via Currently to follow these steps, as they are directly related to that platform since it's supported by AT&T.

If you are using a third party email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.) to access your email, let us know. We'll have to research options specific to that email client.

We look forward to hearing back from you!
