We would recommend that you try the below provided steps to recover your mail:

  • Visit the “http://sm.att.com/3b355fde” website from the browser and click the sign-in link.
  • Click on the forgot password link beneath the password field.
  • Enter the user email address and username for authentication purposes, then click on continue.
  • Answer the security questions you created during your initial account setup.
  • Create a new password and confirm it.

Thank you for using the AT&T Community Forums! We're here to help with your email login concerns.

 

The first step we recommend taking is to clear your cache and cookies. Doing this will clear any currently saved password information. 

 

These steps should assist with allowing you to get logged in to your original email account:

  1. Go to http://sm.att.com/5dc3ab7d.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Resetting your email password should help with restoring access to your account. If you get any kind of error code while trying to do so though, we recommend waiting up to 72 hours for your information to resync and then trying again.

Also, please share the error codes you are receiving. This information will help us narrow down the root cause of your login issue.
