Unable to Receive email to Bellsouth.net email account

I am not able to receive email from my bellsouth.net email address.  I do not use a third-party app to access my email. I only use Currently to sign into my email via Google Chrome web browser. I tried sending an email to myself using my bellsouth.net email and it shows in my "Sent" folder but it does not appear in my inbox.  I used my alternate email account to send an email to my Bellsout.net email just to see what others may see when they try to send me something. And I get an address is not found message.

Your message wasn't delivered to"email name redacted for privacy"@bellsouth.net because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

I have tried signing in and out my my bellsout.net email account.

I cleared my cache and cookies.

I have tried using a different browser and even a different computer.

I reset my password.

  1. Check your spam folder to ensure that the emails are not being filtered out.
  2. Verify that the sender is not blocked or marked as spam.
  3. Check if the emails are being forwarded to another email address.
  4. Ensure that your email account is not full and has enough storage space. 
    (5) Check your email settings to ensure that they are configured correctly. 
    6. Disable browser tools or add-ons to see if they’re causing issues with email access.

  1. My Spam folder is empty
  2. I have no one blocked.
  3. I do not have any emails being forwarded.
  4. I can confirm my email is not full.  To be exact my inbox is at 0. 
    (5) "Check your email settings to ensure that they are configured correctly." What settings should  be set? 
    6. There are no add ons active.

I still can not receive emails.

When I try to access that link, I get this error: "An error occurred while processing your request.

I still can not receive email.
