"Undeliverabld" message

Senders to my email account continue to receive an "Undeliverable" message when they attempt to send me an email but I still seem to get their emails.

Hi @dprainey_!

Thank you for reaching out to us! We understand that you're receiving emails, but the sender of the email account owner get an "Undeliverable" message. We hear you, and happy to assist you.

Check Recipient Rules and Blocked Senders:

  • Make sure your emails are not being blocked by the recipient’s email provider. Sometimes, legitimate emails end up in the recipient’s junk or spam folder.
  • Check the blocked senders list and verify that your messages are not being filtered.

To unblock emails that were mistakenly marked as spam in your email account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your AT&T Mail account via the web.
  2. Click on the gear icon (settings).
  3. Choose “More Settings”.
  4. Under “Security and Privacy”, you’ll find a list of blocked addresses.
  5. To unblock an email address:
    • Select the blocked email address.
    • Click the trash can icon next to it.

By unblocking an address, you’ll ensure that emails from that sender are no longer filtered as spam.

For more information please visit our article about blocking or unblocking an email address, and resolving email issues.
