vacate unused easement

my company owns a parcel of ground in Madison County IL.

the parcel is at the intersection of Wanda Rd and Wagon Wheel Rd.

there is an easement from 1929 granted to IL Bell Telephone that appears to be unused.

there were no markings made after a JUILE locate was called in.

the easement is recorded in book 632 at page 417.

we are in the process of selling a portion of the parcel and the buyer would like the easement vacated...
