I'm confused by your statement " not see my name or email address immediately upon receipt"

"immediately upon receipt"

- is there some pop up window that should appear?

- does your name or e-mail address appear eventually, just not immediately?

- if something appears instead of your name or e-mail address, what is it?

Can you clarify a bit?
