Are there speed dials on the TL96276/TL96456 telephones?

I just purchased an AT&T TL96276/TL96456 telephone. I see there is an option for a voicemail speed dial, but we don't have voicemail with our landline phone.  Does this model AT&T phone have the option for speed dials? We had a speed dial option with the Panasonic phone that this AT&T phone is replacing. By looking through the manual, I have yet to find out about all the features (which are numerous) for this phone. I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you!
