Blocked number still ringing

We all have needed to put a few numbers on the block list of our device at some point, so we understand where you’re coming from. Let's help get this sorted.

In case if you haven't -

Have you tried manually blocking the calls using the app? In order to add a number to the block list, you can:

• Use the AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app.

 If the unwanted calls are continuing to push through:

Access our AT&T Device Support >select the device you currently have,>use the search box engine next to the phone display page>type Block. 

Then select the applicable tutorial and follow the prompts for assistance.

Assuming you are using the phones blocking feature you'd have to read the manual to see how the blocking works, sounds like normal operation to me. What's the make and model of phone? When you post a question, we need to know exactly where the problem is occurring to determine if it's the phone or the phone company.
