Cannot find allow list on BL102-5
Can AT&T Customer Service possibly be right in telling me there is no allow list on the BL102-5? That list and ways to add callers to it are referred to in a number of different places in the BL102 manuals, and it is even mentioned as a feature of the phone in the Amazon listing for the phone. If I knew that the phone did noot have an allowed callers list, I would not have bought it.
My question is whether or not the BL102-5 has an allow list and, if it does, how do I find it?

Page 55 of the Manual for BL102-XX tells you how to access the allow list. EDIT: to add smart call blocker is just SCB on the handset. EDIT: To note there is a letter after the serial number to get the correct manual for the BL102x, there's more than one.

OK, I have a BL102x and I can't find the allow list either. Finding quite a few things that don't follow the manual directions. Here's the deal after the serial number there is a letter, in my case a B which gives a different manual found here page 63 addresses allowed calls, there is NO allow list per se. Hope this helps, see what letter you have after the S/N, if it's B than the manual in this post will be correct.

My serial number does have a B at the end, and the description of saving allowable calls in the manual to which you referred me does correspond to what I have seen on my phone. Question answered. Thank you!
