Does Safe Call Forwarding even work
I have Safe Call Forwarding enabled to send calls to my cell phone if there is a ATT Digital Phone outage. Well I had ATT Fiber internet and Phone installed a month ago and yesterday and today I've experienced outages lasting hours. Incoming calls go directly to voicemail not my cell phone. What's the trick?

What's it tell you when you go into the phone features of your MyATT account?

Safe call forwarding is ON. Calls are to be forwarded to my Cellphone number, not voicemail. When there is an outage, like right now calls made to my ATT Digital Home Phone go immediately to voicemail and not my cellphone.

Sounds like you need to report it if it's not working and shows everything correct.
Just in case
Safe Call Forwarding Forward incoming calls to voicemail or another number in the event of a service disruption, such as a network or power outage.Press *372, enter a forwarding number, then press #Press *373# to turn off.
