Editing or adding contacts in my ATT online account isn't working

I'm getting the error 305 message when trying to add or edit a contact in my account.  I'm trying to do this online, not from a phone. Doesn't make any difference what browser I'm using - Safari, Chrome, Firefox, DuckDuckGo.

There have been a few times in the past when I was adding or editing my contacts list, and everything worked fine

edit: I googled error 305 and found this:

"The HTTP Status Code 305 means that the resource requested by the client is available only through a proxy, and that the address for the proxy is provided in the server's response."

also found: "The problem with using the 305 code is that it’s not very specific. It doesn’t say why the proxy is being used, or whether it’s even required. This can lead to confusion on the part of both users and search engines."

You'd think ATT would have web maintenance and development people that are able to eliminate this error. It's extremely frustrating to have to use such a poorly implemented web site

I'll try again.  This has nothing to do with MY CONTACT INFO.  This has to do with trying to enter a new contact or edit an existing contact  in my ADDRESS BOOK.

From my account login page, I can click on "Manage Home Phone"  that takes me to a "My Phone" Page.  On the right side of the page, I click on "Manage Phone Features"  that takes me to a "My Phone" page that says I have one voicemail account.  I click the button then click on "continue".  That takes me to "Phone Features" page.  Then I click on Contacts on the left side of that page. that takes me to the "Manage Conacts" page.  From there, when I try to enter a new contact or edit an existing contact in my ADDRESS BOOK, I get  the

"An error has occurred in Address Book, please try again. (code 305)" message.

Now, is that clear?

Hello !

104 days later......and the issue is still not fixed.  I can not add or edit contacts.  Can't add new doctors.  Can't add my daughter's new phone.  the error message is the same:  "An error has occurred in Address Book, please try again. (code 305)" message.

When will this be fixed?

The issue was never fixed and yes.....it has been reported multiple (duplicate) times......with no results.

I apologize if this issue is of no interest to you.  Meanwhile, those of us who have this issue would like to continue the conversation.  Saying "Duplicate post" adds no value to the conversation.
