Help! Fax Not Working with new VOIP ATT Business Phone
Hello,
We just switched 3 landlines from ATT landline to ATT VoIP with ATT Internet. Our Brother MFC-2740DW fax worked fine before but no dial tone with the new VoIP Setup.
Using ATT Syn248 phones with ethernet setup via gigabit switch. Fax has a dedicated line.
How do we get the fax function to work?

If this is a business account you should post in the business forum you're posting in a residential forum. You say the fax is a dedicated line, have you put a phone on it to see if there's dial tone? Have you reported no dial tone on this line?
