How to change number of rings before voicemail?
Hi, my home telephone when someone calls it only rings for a small amount of time and by the time I go to answer it just cuts off and goes to voicemail is there a way that I can change the number of rings before the phone goes to voicemail?

If you mean the phone company provided voicemail what phone service do you have ( digital, traditional landline, something else) and from who? If you mean your phone systems answering machine, follow the directions in the phones manual.

ATT Phone, originally known as Uverse Voip has default setting of 4 rings with max setting of 6 rings or turn off ATT voice mail. Use ATT website to change settings or call.
If your own phone base station follow your device instructions.
If have 3rd party voice service, such as Vonage, Magic Jack, etc contact the provider.
