Inmate calls
I have an account set up through icsolutions for collect calls from an inmate. I have put $50 on this account so I’m able to speak with them but I am not receiving calls. Another person that speaks to him says his calls won’t go through when he try’s to call me. Can I not get collect calls through at&t at all? Even when I’ve paid through a third party system?

What service do you have that you're trying to receive the calls on? Google brings up many issue with calls from jails.

here i am googling bc i am having the same problem. i’m with at&t and my husband has been trying to call me for days, i don’t even get a missed call. it’s just not going through. icsolutions says it isn’t them. was there a solution for this?
