Landline Caller id and block of specfic phone numbers
I tried caller id once before but got alot of extra charges for some reason. Can I limit extra charges and only block a few numbers and stop spam and scam calls?

If you paid for caller ID you must have a traditional landline. If that's the case you'll have to pay for call blocking also. Get a phone with a good built in call blocker, they're better than the phone companies blocking service anyway, but without caller ID it won't work.
