Landline Outage

My lAT&T landline in Atlanta GA has been out for 19 days. AT&T just gioves me the run around, transfering my calls to different departments, none of which helps. Any suggestions?

Same suggestion most always given in these cases. If you aren't getting your issue resolved through the normal channels file an FCC complaint.
