My ATT phone system CRL32200 gives the wrong date snd time on voice messages the correct time and date are on the phone display
This started happening after the internet service went out. I've already manually reset the date and time 2 times. Base and handsets show correct date/time.
When I playback messages, I'm given incorrect date/time of the call.

It doesn't matter if the time is correct on the phone, you still need to set the date and time on your answering machine.

Let's make sure the date is correct, @Befwtp !
You'll want to manually set the date. You can find instructions in the user manual. The model number is on the bottom of the device.
If you have any other questions, let us know!

Page 13 of the manual under handset settings, set date and time. You must set it at first after you've set it caller id will keep it correct. Correct model number CLR32X02 where X is the number of handsets. Manual can be found here.

Forgive me I am doing this from memory.....The most likely reason for the time change is that the system time is not the same as your local time.
I believe the CID setting needs to be changed to manual.
