New phone & internet customer. Absolutely cannot find ANY way to set up the Call Protect feature for phone?
I've had AT&T cell phones for ever, just added Fiber, phone and DirectTV. The AT&T website is so incredibly janky, and it's completely impossible to find out how to activate Call Protect to stop spam calls on the 'landline' (I know it's VOIP). The web pages that describe how to set it up describe menu items that simply aren't there, can't be accessed, and are completely unavailable to me.
What to do?

This article is precisely the problem. In the article, it says:
There is no 'My Services' menu item, nor is there any 'Check or manage voicemail' - and my account overview page has no 'card' of any sort that is titled 'My Home Phone'. None of the instructions are applicable, in any way, to the reality of your website.

The VOIP phone is activated, has voicemail activated and is working just fine. There are no settings available for my Home Phone in the myAT&T app on my iOS phone, nor on the website. The web page you sent is the main AT&T page - there's nothing there other than basic service sales info?
The information that you are providing for your website and apps is totally incorrect, I'm sorry. I'll have to use the old fashioned phone method. Pretty rough entry to your service, I'm afriad.

Thanks skeeterintexas - but that just brings me to the login page. And when I log in, as I mentioned above, there are no settings showing as described on the website help pages.

Unbelievable. 5 months later. I just wasted hours and hours trying to do what AT&T has known is impossible. Apparently, they cancelled Digital Phone Call Protect but never deleted any of the links that say it exists and tell you how to activate it. I might expect this from some fly-by-night outfit, but AT&T??! I guess I'll have to downgrade my opinion of the company to perhaps being fly-by-night.
