How is it used. Before a number? Is this on your bill? If so, contact billing. Are there abbreviations after it?

It's on the phone as a code to represent something. It shows as L1,L2,CL. L2 is our rollover line but just not sure about the CL. We have been having issues with our lines not working properly. I think they are not wired in properly, I'm trying to figure that out.

Give me the make and model of your phone. You're sure it's not by the model number like CL xxxxx? Is this on the face of the phone where you select line 1 or line two? Sorry I really have no idea where this is located, that's why I need the make and model number.
