Phone Features (unable to access)

Hello, we used to be able to access the "Phone Features" where we could manage voicemail, block phone #s, setup call forwarding, see call history, etc.  When we log in to our account I see phone features, but is not clickable.  I have tried various browsers and the att iphone app and all are the same.  Can someone please help me?  I used to love being able to download voicemails from my grandkids.

Admittedly, I’m on my iPad using Safari but I’m able to see and manage all features.

If you’re using your phone, try it on a computer or tablet, if possible.

Thanks.  I tried computer (chrome, edge, firefox) and the myatt app....  all dont work

We're customers like you. We have no access to accounts or ways to fix Website issues, all we can do is offer suggestions to try. Have you tried clearing all your browsing history and cache? If you've done all that and tried various browsers than you'll need to contact tech support. Are you accessing the phone features through your MyAtt account?

Still not working and customer support isnt helpful.  Called in earlier and supervisor was going to call me but hasnt.

Tried again...but not working

App: Deleted and reinstalled.

Windows 10 Pro: deleted cache/cookies on all 3 browsers : (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Manage Phone Features is still there and accessible.  That’s the good news.  The bad news is trying to figure out what you can do to access it.  🤪

can't manage features online or through app & customer service isn't helping ...

web site keeps going to blank white page when i click on manage features on both my pc & the app on my tablet, so i called customer service agent to help me change settings & he told me he fixed it & it was up & running, but people i call still tell me the caller i.d. is still incorrect or blank when it should be stated as my name is stated on my account here, gia marie - as i spent all day on the phone & social media site with agents just flat out lying to me & making false appointments ... transferring me to the wrong dept.'s all the time & making appointments for times & days they know full well no one is working in digital services on a sunday, smdh, just unbelievable & absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional.

- somebody please help !!!
