Phone Portal will not forward voicemails to my email
Voicemails from ATT's Business Voicemail Portal will not reliably forward to my email. The messages are not going to spam, my email was typed correctly, and I have tried alternative browsers. This issue has been ongoing since January.

If this is a business account issue you should post in the business forum, you've posted in the residential forum. You'll probably need to work with tech support on the problem.

Thank you for the link to the business forum; I appreciate it. I figure that I'll have to work with tech support on this issue, but getting ahold of anyone is always difficult and I didn't want to spend hours on the phone. I will re-submit my question on the correct portal.
