Separate Voicemail Boxes - How To

I have 3 separate phone numbers on my digital phone account but all voicemails go to only one box. Can I set up my account to place voicemails in only the box for the number which was called? How do I do this?

Hi, @TowPac, we'd be happy to assist with your digital phone's voicemail.

You are able to direct which phone lines go to which mail boxes by following these instructions:

Go to Account & services.
If you have 3 or more services, select Phone from the dropdown.
Select My digital home phone > Manage my plan.
Choose Set up voicemail > Next.
Select Directed voicemail box (Advanced) > Next.
Follow the prompts to add voicemail boxes.
