Settings and voicemail issues
How do I access phone setting options (such as number of rings before rolling to voicemail)? And my voicemail never picks up. Any suggestions?

Well the first question would be what service is this for? Traditional landline, wireless home phone? AT&T Phone (digital service) or possibly cell phone.

I selected the type of service when setting up the question, so the top of the screen shows "AT&T Community Forums > Home Phone > .... ". This is my digital home phone.
AT&T support FINALLY got my voicemail to work, but I still cannot get to screens or pages to manage it myself. I think I'll call them (again) to see if there's an issue with my user ID and Member ID. I suspect the current issue lies here.
