Spectrum Landlines can't call in to my new ATT digital home phone

I recently subscribed to ATT digital phone as my new landline. I previously had Spectrum. My new phone calls all phone numbers but it is not receiving numbers from Spectrum home phones. I receive calls from business and cell phones just not from 2 spectrum landlines (that I am aware of). I was receiving calls from these landlines prior to signing up for ATT digital home phone. Nothing appears blocked on my side or theirs. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like spectrum has a routing problem to AT&T digital services. Whoever is trying to call you from spectrum needs to report than they can't call AT&T area code-exchange-last 4 digits. This can be proven by them trying to call you but changing one of the last two digits, they will have the same problem, it's not specific to your phone number.

This topic is a year old and your issue isn't the same as the original topic starter. I suggest you start your own topic and be aware you're not addressing AT&T directly this is a customer-based forum. One thing to consider is did you tell AT&T you wanted to move your existing phone number to them and did they tell you the number was good to port? Suggest you remove all personal information as this is an open forum frequently visited by spammers.
