Telephone Portal
I recently signed up for 1 gig Internet and Voip phone service. While the Internet functions flawlessly, the phone portal does not. I am unable to access the phone portal. I have logged a ticket with the overseas based customer service function, but have heard nothing back. I am unable to access any of the portal functions on-line. Instead to set up my phone, I must call customer service to make the necessary changes.While they (customer service) can access the portal, I cannot. I have been unable to locate an ATT resource that understands how the VOIP system operates. All of the overseas based customer service resources place me on hold, while they access the documentation to try and find the solution.

Here is what I received as a response. Apparently this Board merely gives the same instructions as the web site:

I'd recommend that you contact our U-verse Tech support at 855-920-0146 \\ 866-545-9260 \\ 8773535972.
I'm sure that they'll be able to help you out with gaining access to the online portal of your telephone service.

This was not helpful as I indicated to the sender I already completed these tasks.
