What service are you using? If u-verse unblocking of individual numbers is done through the online phone portal. If it's not u-verse select your service on the right side of this page and follow the instructions.

ATT has blocked my son's phone number on my landlines. Now they don't know how to fix it. They have checked my blocked call list, and his number is not on it. I can call him back with no problem.
I have spent way too much time on this.

This is a 6 year old topic, you need to start your own topic with more details. Like the type service you have. Traditional landline or AT&T Phone (digital service). The service your son is using and who his carrier is. I doubt they blocked it but there may be a routing problem. Could someone close this topic please?
