VOIP Home Phone Voice Mail
I've had AT&T VOIP phone service for my home phone for several years and have never had a problem with my voicemail until today (5/29/24). Now when I dial *98 to retrieve my voicemail, I get a busy signal instead of a prompt to enter my PIN. Otherwise, my phone and internet are working OK. Is this related to recent weather issues that have affected phone and electric service, or is it something else? If anyone has any ideas for solving this problem, I would appreciate hearing from them.

First thing I'd do is reset the modem. If that doesn't fix it report it.

Thanks for your suggestion. Before I could try it, the problem disappeared, so perhaps there was a problem on AT&T’s end that got resolved after several hours.
