ATT trade in rebate program is a fraudulent scam

If you sign up for the trade in rebate they will never give you back you money.  Tactics:

They will never ship you the box to return.

When you send the phone back with return reciept requested and have prrof of them having the phone, they will claim they do not have it

They will say there was no IMEI number on the phone!

They will say they found the IMEI but you dont qualify

They agree to do refund and then it is never posted to account.

Here is how to get results:

We should all get together and get a (Edited per community guidelines) suit against ATT on the fraud of this program.

Post to every social media place you can.

Protest at the stores.

Google arbitration on ATT for fraud.  This seems like the only way to get ATT to pay on their promise. Beginning the process now. They promised $1000 for refund - you will never see it.
And if an ATT person recommends I call the trade in number - you have got to be kidding me.  I have spent hours trying to reason with your co.  Only a lawyer and group action will ever make you pay what you promised,

Let everyone know about this scam!
