My Home phone will not display caller identification. It used to.Somehow it got disabled.Just need to find out how to fix this. I have unplugged it and let it set but it doesn’t work

Do you have another phone or CID box to see if the phone company is still sending the information? Who's your phone carrier? What make and model of phone? What service? Traditional landline? Digital phone service? Something else? You need to do a bit of testing to see who or what's at fault
