HELP!!!! new to att

We were talking to a service agent yesterday to transfer our phones, internet and cable to ATT.  I asked her if she put in the transfer pin in if our phone service would be cut off.  She said no and guess what no phone service.  We cant call because we have no phones.  My husband is a heart and stroke patient and to say I'm upset is an understatement.  where do I go from here?

Hi @Kittykittymeowmeow, let's provide the information you need!

 

You will still have service during transferring from your previous provider over to AT&T, your service with the previous provider will need to be active in order for the port to complete. If you have no service, we suggest to reach out to your previous provider to find out the cause for no service.
