Home phone (VOIP)

I recently switched my AT&T digital home phone to Ooma, and want to bring my number back to AT&T. The service just isn’t the same, good quality, but I don’t think it has enough voltage to ring all the phones in the house. I think it’s meant for one phone to be plugged directly into their device, instead of running all the phone jacks in the house. I didn’t have this problem when we went from POTS to AT&T VOIP. Long story short, is there a way to order the service online? It just gives numbers to call, and with my schedule they’re closed by the time I call to switch it back.

You still have ATT internet?

If yes, is the phone light solid ON on the gateway front panel?

If yes, just plug the phone cable from the gateway to the wall jack.

If no front light, the company should be able to turn the service back on without a tech installation. If require a tech appointment, this is a $99 charge for installation of an added service.

They switched me over to fiber about a year ago, so now I only have a solid white light on the front of the new Gateway.

I shouldn’t need a tech since it’s just adding the service and plugging the phone line back into the Gateway like it was before. I’m just having trouble ordering the service online.
