How can I speak to a supervisor working in America no offense to the people at AT&T call centers in the Philippines or Central Europe

I needed to speak with someone about my bill and those I spoke with couldn't help me. Why are there call centers in the Philippines and Central Europe with people who can't/won't help the customer. I was charged a $99 installation charge for a home phone and everyone is telling me it was a part of the order when the sales person said it wasn't someone is lying. I need to speak to a real american who can waive this fee.

You'll have to talk to billing, it's a coin flip as to what call center you'll end up in, but I doubt you'll have much luck reaching a supervisor. This is a user to user forum and we have no secret way to reach a specific call center.

Ask for U.S. support and call during U.S. work hours.  They are obligated to transfer you.
