How many times do I have to get disconnected from chat to get service?

I have been on chat for 2 hours trying to get a problem solved. I have been disconnected 5 times. Each time I then have to go through the entire spiel again, have to wait while they "check my internet"(which, as I had just stated to them was fine. They promise to call back if we are disconnected. Never get a call back. And I know if I try to chat again, they will just start the whole thing again. Does anyone know a magic word to actually get service?
