How to modify the caller ID name on my digital home phone service

What steps should I take to modify the caller ID name on my digital home phone service? Currently, the last name and first initial are separated by a comma, but I prefer a blank space instead of the comma.

We're here to help you update your called ID, @AnneGodkoyj!

To update your called ID follow these steps:

please go to “Overview”, and then go to “My Digital phone” to get to where you manage your digital phone.
go to “My voicemail & phone features”, then “phone features”. Caller ID will be a category in that menu, and you can update the name there.
