My corded and cordless phone say No Line

I am trying to set up my new phone and I have power to both the corded and cordless phones, but they say No Line. I have plugged the phone cable into all three different wall jacks and still nothing.

I have already gotten my phone provider to set up the phone lies on my previous phones so I am not sure why I am not able to unlug my old phone (still has phone service) and plug in my new one.

So you know the line is good as another phone works in the phone jack. Do you have power to your cordless phone system and give the make and model of your phone.

My old phone works just fine with the power outlet and phone wall jack. My new phone is receiving power just fine but the phone wall jack isn't working on the new phone. My new phone says "No line". 

I plugged in my old phone to test it and it works fine again. My new phone is a 2 line corded and cordless phone w/ bluetooth: TL86103

If you're sure your line cord is in the correct jack on the phone try the line cord from your working phone to see if the line cord is bad.
