Phone Line hanging low over driveway
Hi,
I have been on and off again with ATT phone and Internet service for like 20 yrs or more.
Approx 6 months ago I called ATT and asked if they could raise the Phone line that hangs over my driveway.
Currently it is approx 7ft or less high. When delivery trucks pull in my driveway the Phone wire gets stretched and
rides along the top of their trucks. I'm afraid one of these days it will rip right off my house.
They said they would send someone out to raise the wire. No one every showed up. I have called them back 3 times in 6 mths and was
each time was told they would send someone out. Still nothing. Does ATT not value their customers time.
Their customer service is the worst. I mean it basically doesn't even exist.
What do I need to do to get this resolved. Had the same problem with Comcast's wire they came out and fixed the problem
within a couple days. I had another major issue with ATT a few years back. Don't have the time to get into that but it was a nightmare.
I see they still haven't changed.

Follow the instructions for downed or obstructed lines if you don't get a ticket number as far as they are concerned you didn't report it, so make sure you get a ticket number you can refer to if you have to call back.
