Quitclaim needed in Virginia

I am a home builder looking to obtain a quitclaim on an easement in place for a community that needs to be quitclaimed in order for the Department of Transportation to accept the streets in their public maintenance system. I have been trying for several months to reach someone with AT&T and have been unsuccessful. Please provide me with an email or contact information for someone that can assist me.

See the answer in this topic you posted in. No need to post multiple times for the same issue.

I am trying to get feedback from other users that may had successful experiences with AT&T on a similar situation. What you are asking me to review is not a solution to my issue. I need to provide someone with AT&T or a representative, the documents associated with the easement and the quitclaim to have it processed, approved, executed so I am able to have it recorded with the County the subdivision is located in.

you should start with your local city governments they control and issue easements, they should also have a contact for your local Right of way for at&t

This suggestion or advice does not apply to my request.  Fairfax County, Virginia and the Virginia Department of Transportation is the one that is requesting the quitclaim to be processed. They do not generate quitclaims or approval quitclaims on behalf of the easement holder. I am facilitating this work on behalf of Lennar, Inc. They are a home builder trying to obtain street acceptance from VDOT and Bond release from the local County Government. Are you an employee of AT&T?

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock

So do you have any information or a contact for someone within the AT&T world. I have never dealt with any other utility company that has been this difficult to obtain an human capable of directing me to an appropriate person to complete this type of a request. Again, literally been working on this for 6 months. Did receive a name of an individual Gary Wigfield and have left numerous emails and messages over the last 3 months and never received a response. Ridiculous.

Virginia is not one of the 21 states ATT (SBC) has hardwired connection… you are likely looking for the Baby Bell from the 1980s break up of MA BELL. There were two, NYNEX and Bell Atlantic, these joined together along with GTE in 1999 (?) to form Verizon which is the main telco provider for the NorthEast…

ATT 21 states is the southeast (Bell South), southwest (Southern Bell Corp), the west (California and Nevada PAC-Tel) and the Midwest (Ameritech).

Verizon fiber service is Fios, but they also have the telco areas

Find out if Fios is available at your home.

enter the zip code in above link for list of who provides service, it is possible the area may have been sold to another telco provider, most notable would be Frontier.

@Hannan77  as @my thoughts  stated at&t doesn't have a footprint in your area.

This too was no help. Frontier said I needed to reach out to AT&T.
