Removal of legacy copper equipment
We are looking to clean up our data closet and have a good size junction box with copper phone blocks inside. I know that sometimes these service boxes can feed other businesses and residential. Who do I need to contact about this before tearing it down?

this is a business located in Raleigh NC. It is a sizable metal box 2 -3 feet wide with legacy copper wiring.
