Reporting a Rude Technical Employee

Hi,

I am report a AT&T technical employee who was helping my neighbor on Saturday(3/30/2019, 10am -11am). He was leaving a mess on my root, and he refused to clean that and provide his name - he said no when I asked for his identification. I have attached some pictures about him and his car. Thank you.

An AT&T tech came to upgrade our copper line to fiber on 8/19/20, after I requested a service call from AT&T.

The upgraded fiber optic line needed to reconnect to our main bridge/router in the house. After I explicitly told him he COULD NOT use my previously installed Ethernet cable for the connection, he did it anyway. Every time I came into the bedroom, where my cable interface was, he walked straight toward me, so I wouldn't see what he was doing. Apparently, my cable was simply more convenient for him to use.

His card said he was part of "AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets."

He's an Integrated Solutions Manager-

The card is for an In Home Specialist (manager, ATT employee) who performs white glove services including registering account, customer education and cell phone concierge services including sales, set up for mobile devices.

They come to you instead of you going to a store or ordering product online.

They are not techs.... what product was installed?

IF direct fiber do you have an ONT installed?

What market, zip code are you located in?

How long was the individual there?

Pics?

To my thoughts:

I'm in Dallas- zip 75214.

He came to check out our DVR. He replaced it w/ a new one. It works. No complaint.

But he also replaced the copper with fiber optic. Those are the 2 products- new DVR, and new line coming in to the house. He was there about 1.5 - 2 hours. No pics. I think he reused the white box we already had on outside of house.
