Still no Resolution/Response for New Landline
My OP appears to be lost as I cannot locate it so creating a new post. On Nov 27, I ordered landline service to current address. Was provided phone number, service order number and connection date of Nov 29th. No phone service as of today. Have followed up multiple times with Customer Service, ATT Repair, Social Media Specialists, and this forum trying to get to someone that can resolve and help without success. Most recently, (Dec 3) I got to a Customer Service Rep that gave me hope. Was told the Service order was not viewable by the Install Team and that her supervisor would open a ticket with the "Back Door Team" to make the order viewable. Once complete, the CS rep would phone me directly with status. That is the last I have heard.
Just really out of options for who and how to resolve this through. Help!

If this is a traditional landline have you check it at the NID with a known working corded phone? Sometimes it's only a field connect, no home visit needed.

Here's your original topic not too hard to find. Anyway I'd keep everything in the original or you're just going to confuse things. An Admin responded and said they sent you a PM (private message) did you check your PM's. Envelope next to your profile.

Again, I wouldn't run two topics. Keep the information going on the one the Admin contacted you on. unless you just want to dump that one. We're customers just like you and an Admin can help you more than we can.
