Hello, I just got the 15 pro but was wanting the 15 pro max, but the phone wasn’t in stock at the time. Am I able to order a 15 pro max and switch my info into the max and give the pro back. Is that possible?

To answer your question, you can return/exchange iPhone 15 pro at AT&T owned retail store, or you can return the device through mail. If the iPhone 15 pro max is available in stock, you can exchange or place a new order.
You have 14-day return/exchange period.
