Technicians blamed on each other and left customer with problem???

We actually have very long story with AT&T. But this is the recent one.

- We moved to the new location, they came and installed everything, was great.

- In few days internet was slow,  a very young guy came and kept calling me DUDE ( I know I am 20 years older than him) , he said the 1st tech did a awful job and he would try to fix it. Turned out when he left, the internet is still bad, my phone dial tone is GONE.

- Called AT&T and they sent the 3rd guy. As soon as this one came, he said he lives far away, not familiar with this area, but he will try. Then looking at the box, he said he can't fix, we have to call the last 2 guys to help ourselves. WHY CAN'T HE FIX? HE IS FROM AT&T , AND HE WAS ASSIGNED THE JOB.

Alright , so the ADT is connected to my phone line and we found out that , first the phone is not working and second they didn't even run a analog line, the lazy tech just plug it into the Router.

Can someone tell me what to do next? OF COURSE I WILL LIKE TO FIND OUT WHY THEY BLAME ON EACH OTHER. THEN DITCH AT&T
