Unwanted ATT lines running through my garden

I recently moved to a new home in Bayside Wi and have unwanted ATT lines running through my garden. How can I get them removed?

Is this the feed to your house or a main cable?  If main cable and it's in an easement, there's nothing you can do.

Thanks @spoom2 This I'm not sure of, there is a junction box on the corner of my lot but this cable appears to be heading to my house and not to another box or neighbor. Any idea how i can confirm or have it investigated?

To get a locate prior to digging.  "Call before you dig" 811 If there is a pedestal than that would be on an easement.  If the area you're concerned about is at the back of your property your garden area is probably over an easement.  If the garden is in the middle of the yard than that would be the drop going to your house.  If you want to be positive where things are call for a locate.  Your local or city government will have the location of easements on your property.
