Utility Pole Relocation
We have a vacant lot with a utility pole in the way of pending construction. Our local utility company (EPB/Chattanooga, TN) stated the pole is owned by AT&T and we need to contact them directly. We have tried calling and it is not working. Any help would be appreciated.

If contacting AT&T hasn't produced any results file an FCC complaint.

If it’s within an easement they won’t relocate it unless you agree to pay for it. Possibly 10k or more and it could take 6 months or longer to relocate

The pole is damaged. Does that matter? And does anyone know how to get in touch with someone.

Replacing a damaged pole, digging a hole next to existing pole, set the pole, move wires over…. Is not the same as relocating a pole which means reroute wiring including lengthening or shorting as needed which is a construction project not a pole replacement.

If damaged it would be placed in the same hole set
