what do I need to do about a down cable wire on main road in front of my house? I’ve contacted AT&T numerous times to come out to repair and no one has come out to repair it.

Is this a wire from the pole to your house?
800-288-2020 for ATT, may be a different company wiring which an ATT tech would not touch.
